摘要: In this study, in situ electrochemical synthesis of polypyrrole nanowires with nanoporous alumina template was described. The formation highly ordered porous substrate demonstrated Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) and Scanning Electron (SEM). addition, Fourier transform infrared analysis confirmed that (PP) were synthesized by direct oxidation pyrrole. HeLa cancer cells HMCF normal immobilized on the nanowires/nanoporous substrates to determine effects cell morphology, adhesion proliferation as well biocompatibility substrate. Cell characterized using a standard MTT assay. morphology studied AFM. coated found exhibit better than polystyrene petridish, aluminum foil, 1st anodized uncoated 2nd This study showed potential electroactive polymer for both healthy cultures applications.
