摘要: The effect of surfactant on mucociliary transport has been studied in vitro frog palate preparations. Surfactant obtained from pig lung was sprayed and its transport, restored by the application mucus, compared with that saline. Whereas saline induced a constant decrease rate (mean +/- SEM = -37 3%, p less than 0.01), caused an increase 5 6 experiments (+16 NS). difference between 2 treatments highly significant (p 0.001). Ambroxol previously shown to change airway secretions patients affected chronic bronchitis; these significantly improved when applied palate. One may then speculate mucoactive ambroxol could be partly mediated antiadhesive surfactant, production which is increased ambroxol, cilia-mucus coupling surface bronchial mucosa.
