摘要: Over the last decade many studies have demonstrated importance of reactive oxygen species (ROS) production by NADPH oxidases in angiotensin II (Ang II) signaling, as well a role for ROS development different diseases which Ang is central component. In this review, we summarize mechanism activation and describe molecular targets signaling vasculature, kidney brain. We also discuss effects genetic manipulation oxidase function on physiology pathophysiology renin-angiotensin system.
