Preparation, structure, and properties of montmorillonite/cellulose II/natural rubber nanocomposites

摘要: In this work, sodium montmorillonite clay was added, as filler, to nanocomposites of natural rubber (NR) and cellulose II (regenerated cellulose) in amounts varying from 0 5 phr (per hundred resin). Natural (NR)/cellulose II/montmorillonite were prepared by co-coagulating NR latex, aqueous suspension xanthate. The previously exfoliated water, the resulting then added mixture latex with Morphological, rheometric, mechanical, dynamic mechanical properties evaluated, an increase these observed upon addition nanomaterials matrix. results show advantage using a nanopolymer well MMT nanofiller. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
