摘要: The influence of the ionic liquids (ILs) tetrabutylammonium bromide [TBA][Br], 1-butyl-3-methylimidazole [BMIM][Br], and tetrabutylphosphonium [TBP][Br] added at different concentrations to soil were studied for growth development spring barley seedlings. Samples harvested three time points: day 7, 14, 21 after addition ILs. results show that was most toxic. introduction this IL dose 100 mg kg−1 DM decreased seedlings all test dates. ILs in higher doses resulted an increase peroxidase catalase activity, which may indicate occurrence oxidative stress plants. An content plant dry matter weight, contents H2O2 proline a decrease photosynthetic pigments also observed. malondialdehyde superoxide dismutase activity fluctuated randomly during experiment. As result, it found phytotoxicity magnitude depended more on these compounds than measurement date.
