摘要: Abstract Background Empowerment can be an effective strategy for changing individual's health behaviours. However, how to empower whole families manage their children's asthma is a challenge that requires innovative nursing intervention based on family-centred care. Aims To evaluate the effectiveness of family empowerment program function and pulmonary children with compared those receiving traditional self-management only. Design A randomized control trial. Methods Sixty-five were recruited from one clinic in medical centre Taiwan. After random assignment, 34 experimental group received consisting four counselling dialogues child its family.
