摘要: Abstract Dissimilar welding in lap joint configuration between AA5754-O and AA2024-T3 materials is successfully performed using novel technique of Modified Friction Stir Clinching (MFSC) process, wherein positioning analyzed this investigation. The results revealed that dissimilar MFSC greatly influences properties grain formation behavior size, shape orientations. superior protuberance leveling keyhole without any defects with highest fracture load 1483 N having fascinating mixing features were obtained when material was kept on top during second phase MFSC. Dominated ductile characterized as intergranular mode secondary cracks quasi cleavage dimples also observed both
