摘要: The heat-shock response has been the subject of intense investigation for several years. speed induction, magnitude response, and reproducibility effect combine to make it an ideal system investigating mechanisms gene expression in a wide variety organisms. In this chapter, I will review current knowledge translational regulation focusing on fruit fly Drosophila melanogaster two reasons: First, cells is strongest known example differential regulated at level. Second, more about protein synthesis organism than any other.
