摘要: Stream-current, permeability, and conductance measurements were made on cylindrical pads of randomly oriented Dacron, glass, Nylon, Orlon fibers over a range electrolyte solid concentrations. Values the specific surface conductivity computed from data, using equations which derived capillary network theory. The measured values independent pad concentration, increased with increasing higher than calculated electrical double-layer theory ζ-potential. A number plausible reasons for discrepancies are advanced.
