摘要: Comparative morphological, biometrical and molecular studies of Trichuris discolor isolated from Bos taurus Spain Iran was carried out. Furthermore, ovis B. Capra hircus has been, molecularly, analyzed. Morphological revealed clear differences between T. but were not observed populations different geographical regions. Nevertheless, the based on amplification sequencing internal transcribed spacers 1 2 ribosomal DNA 16S partial gene mitochondrial showed both suggesting two cryptic species. Phylogenetic corroborated these data. Thus, phylogenetic trees ITS1, ITS2 sequences that individuals clustered together separated, with high bootstrap values, Spain, while C. separated values discolor. a comparative study been out ITS1and species hosts. Three clades observed: first all parasitizing herbivores (T. discolor, ovis, leporis skrjabini), second omnivores (Trichuris trichiura suis) finally, third carnivores muris, arvicolae vulpis).
