摘要: In this work, we demonstrate 3-D photoacoustic imaging of optically absorbing targets embedded as deep 5 cm inside a highly scattering background medium using 2-D capacitive micromachined ultrasonic transducer (CMUT) array with center frequency 5.5 MHz. volumetric images and maximum intensity projection are presented to show the objects imaged at different depths. Due close proximity CMUT integrated frontend circuits, system has low noise floor. This makes promising technology for tissue imaging.
