摘要: Background: The choice of graft for anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction remains controversial. Although many outcome studies comparing bone-patellar tendon-bone and semitendinosus gracilis tendon grafts have been performed, most not included tests functional outcomes that challenge the graft. objective current study was to compare performances soccer players after ACL performed with either a or graft. Methods: Forty-two unilateral injury were prospectively randomized group (BPTB group; twenty-one subjects) (STG followed rehabilitation protocol. At time return sports, patients asked execute strength, hop, jump results compared between groups. Twenty-one healthy athletes recruited as control evaluate their performance same tests. Results: limbs in STG had greater values quadriceps torque well on triple-hop, crossover-hop, jump-landing test (p 0.05). Moreover, subjects significantly lower regard hamstrings peak torques hop < 0.01). Conclusions: better terms strength BPTB group. Compared controls, who undergone less inferior strategy. Level Evidence: Therapeutic Level I. See Instructions Authors complete description levels evidence.
