摘要: Introduction: Despite of the many studies on subject delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS), explanation mechanisms underlying this clinical condition is still under discussion, as well strategies for its prevention and treatment. Scientific have shown no consensus effects acupuncture DOMS. Objective: To evaluate Methods: 45 participants (mean ± s age 25,38 4,77 years; weight 65,76 9,88 kg; height 169 0,09 cm body mass index 22,94 2,51 Kg/m) both genders (19 males, 26 females), after completing a screening questionnaire providing written informed consent, were randomly distributed into three groups (verum group, sham group control – VA, SA CG) . Muscle (MS), pressure pain threshold (PPT), range motion (ROM), vertical jump (VJ) Isokinetic evaluations performed before (immediately 24h) exercise induced damage (EIMD) protocol which subjects performing five sets 20 drop jumps from 0,6m step, with 10 seconds interval between 2 minutes rest period sets. Statistical analysis was using Microsoft Excel 2010 to determine mean standard deviations sample outcome measures, IBM SPSS Statistics 22 used perform Kruskal-Wallis test differences in different moments Friedman Bonferroni post-hoc test, assess within along moments. Results: The EIMD showed success inducing When CG compared, it found that VA had better results all especially MS, PPT VJ. However, than CG, when MS but they not statistically significant. Conclusion: applied an protocol, effect reduction improvement PPT, ROM, VJ measures.
