摘要: A Resource Management Framework (RMF) comprises an extensible, distributed, policy-based, object-oriented system and method for resource discovery negotiation during the setup control of a media session between one or more servers end users. The scope RMF framework is management multimedia resources used simple, non-interactive as well composite, complex, interactive sessions. enables iterative negotiated mapping over requirements RMF-compliant application onto offerings servers. It open-services architecture providing ability to insert apply services enhance suitability vice versa, session.
