摘要: Abstract High molecular weight alkaline phosphatase activities have been measured in the sera of 72 patients with a variety forms liver disease, 14 bone disease and 8 healthy volunteers. These measurements compared other indices hepatic function order to establish place this enzyme diagnosis disease. proved be sensitive specific test for detecting particularly obstructive It was better than all tests distinguishing metastases from hepatobiliary diseases. may therefore prove especially useful early detection metastases.
