摘要: The rediscovery of graphene in 2004 has started an enormous chase the research 2D materials. A new family layered materials consisting 14th group elements beyond carbon already been reported. Here, a methodology germanene chemistry is presented using germanane (Ge6 H6 ) as stable and easily accessible starting material for effective synthesis novel derivatives. modification procedure utilizing strong bases-alkali metal arenides-for deprotonation its subsequent functionalization with p-nitrobenzyl bromide described. Functionalization confirmed by FT-IR, Raman, XPS spectroscopy well X-ray diffraction analysis.
