摘要: This review aims to be a pragmatic primer in the field of post-genomic bioremediation NACs-based explosives with special emphasis on ‘omics’ technologies. After an introduction concepts and methodologies high-throughput molecular approaches discussion numerous emerging variations basic theme, short overview success stories NACs are revisited, followed by brief about technical, methodological, computational resources that embody landscape microbial epimetabolome. The ends note research-commercialization gap, taking into account containment technologies pertaining biosafety issues technical safeguards.
