摘要: A simple and rapid process has been developed that allows the preparation of NbC-C composite rods. Graphite rods are impregnated with an ethanolic solution NbOCl2 resistively fired (> 1900°C) under argon atmosphere. The final product is found to contain residual carbon particles within a matrix.
