摘要: The Mycorrhiza Helper Bacterium (MHB) Pseudomonas fluorescens BBc6R8 promotes the ectomycorrhizal symbiosis between Douglas fir roots and Laccaria bicolor. In this study, we identified a non-flagellar type III secretion system (T3SS) in draft genome of similar to that described biocontrol strain P. SBW25. We examined whether T3SS plays role mycorrhizal helper effect by creating deletion rscRST genes encoding central channel injectisome. vitro mutants on radial growth rate L. bicolor was unchanged compared with parental strain. contrast, were unable promote mycorrhization, suggesting an important independent promotion hyphal exhibits vitro.
