摘要: After more than 25 years of research on information technology outsourcing (ITO) in general and ITO client-vendor relationships particular, an already comprehensive body knowledge is available this important topic related phenomena. This study sheds further light the existing by applying social network analysis content methodologies. Based our approach, we were able to (1) evaluate key articles, authors, journals covering topic, (2) analyse development last 10 and, most importantly, (3) identify gaps relationships. Specifically, identified several relationship concepts such as trust, control, transfer. In accordance Lacity et al.
