摘要: This article deals with a way of developing E-textiles using sputtering method and their possibilities as ECG electrodes for bio-monitoring smartwear. As the market smartwear is growing, researches toward become more important. Among various ways providing conductivity on textiles, we selected technology. Through sputtering, developed deposited thin Cu layer surface fabrics thickness about 2 micrometer. Then measured electrical resistances, examined performances ECG(electrocardiogram) compared signal general AgCl electrodes.
