摘要: BACKGROUND/AIMS Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection is one of the most common gastrointestinal diseases. An increasing number people undergo different treatment options. Unfortunately, H. therapy may be troublesome for drug side effects and inefficacious resistance to antibiotics. Not-eradicated underwent a second cycle with tetracycline, rabeprazole. All asked complete validated questionnaire regarding presence intensity effects. RESULTS eighty-eight out 193 (96%) completed No significant difference in eradication rates observed among three groups both intention treat analysis per protocol analysis. incidence occurred first-line regimens: 48% group A, 44% 46% C. Twenty-two enrolled subjects (11%) not eradicated Among them, 86% successfully Moreover, during quadruple therapy, higher prevalence than each submitted triple observed. CONCLUSIONS This study shows that rabeprazole-based eradicating regimens are effective safe. Incidence seems low similar three-drug used. Quadruple which appear highly efficacious as line associated significantly when compared treatment.
