摘要: . Introduction: Epidemiologic studies point towards a significant correlation between the dietary intake of isothiocyanate-containing foods and reduced risk for cancer. Methods results: In current investigation, we examined consequence activating signalling pathways during release cells from block at G1/S boundary by synthetic isothiocyanate E-4IB. Using synchronized leukaemic HL60 cells, show that activation mitogen-activated protein kinases ERK1/2, c-Jun N-terminal kinase p38 E-4IB are coupled with delayed transition through cell cycle rapid arrest resulted in diminished mitochondrial membrane potential culminating apoptosis. These events were accompanied histone deacetylase inhibition, increase double strand DNA breaks detected H2AX phosphorylation up-regulation regulatory p21 CDC25C phosphatase. Conclusion: findings suggest pathways, followed induction apoptosis, might be responsible anticancer activities
