摘要: Cross−field energy transport by electrostatic plasma waves has been studied theoretically and numerically for a near thermal equilibrium. Energy transfer is significant in high temperature where collisional quite small. For strong magnetic fields (ωc ≳ ωp), the simulations verify theoretical prediction that increases slowly with field, limit of large field magnitudes, wave dominates classical transport. Furthermore, relaxation may result an anisotropic velocity distribution. weak (ωp ωc), simulation shows more important than transport, also agreement theory.
