摘要: Thirty-six maritally discordant couples with depressed wives were randomly assigned to marital therapy, cognitive or a waiting-list control condition. The women given therapy showed significant and clinically meaningful reductions in their depression. greater increases satisfaction than did those no therapy; these differences maintained at 1-year follow-up. These findings suggest that may be the most effective appropriate treatment for discord coexisting
