摘要: Abstract This paper reports on the anthocyanin and antioxidant contents, an ‘in vitro’ antiproliferative vivo’ mutagenic/antimutagenic activities of freeze-dried jaboticaba peel (JP). According to proximate composition, JP showed a high dietary fiber content. The identification quantification anthocyanins was carried out by HPLC-PDA LC–MS/MS, which revealed presence two compounds: delphinidin 3-glucoside cyanidin (634.75 1963.57 mg 100 g − 1 d. w., respectively). strong potential: 25,514.24 ± 3037 μM TE g , 45.38 ± 0.50 μg mL 9458 ± 97 μM TEAC g for ORAC, DPPH ABTS, respectively. polar extract demonstrated effects against leukemia (K-562), non-polar most active prostate cancer cell (PC-3), according assay. micronucleus test in mice that induced no DNA damage hence it cytotoxic properties bone marrow cells caused mutagenic effects.
