摘要: A method is described for the determination of citrinin in corn and barley. The mycotoxin extracted with a mixture acetonitrile-10% glycolic acid water, defatted isooctane, transferred to chloroform according published methods. separated by thin layer chromatography (TLC) on plates previously impregnated 10% solution ethanol; identity confirmed chemical tests. Citrinin then quantitated limit detection method. Recoveries from barley samples spiked at levels 50, 80, 150, 300, 500, 1000 micrograms/kg were range 91-98%. minimum detectable concentration 15-20 micrograms/kg. obtained without extraction solvent compared. Sensitivities TLC (limits detection, micrograms/spot) compared those oxalic acid.
