摘要: The optimal working conditions for enzymes are very much elegant, and their determination is often through experimental approach, which generally costly time-consuming. Therefore, it important to develop methods use as simple possible information predict the condition enzymes. Cellulase a enzyme widely used in industries. In this study, we attempted 20–1 feedforward backpropagation neural network screen 24 amino acid properties related primary structure of cellulases predictors pH optimum cellulases. results show that some can pH, especially distribution probability.
