摘要: A planning meeting, held at the International Pacific Halibut Commission (IPHC) in May 2012, developed the Terms of Reference (Appendix A) for peer review of the coastwide Pacific halibut stock assessment model. A small review team (the authors of this report) was tasked to conduct the review of the 2012 assessment model, prior to the development of management advice for the 2013 fishing season.
