부인과 수술 환자에서 Sevoflurane 마취 시 Remifentanil 병용 투여가 수술후 통증에 미치는 영향

摘要: Conclusions: Intraoperative use of remifentanil with sevoflurane may be related to increased postoperative pain during early postanesthetic period. Provision for effective preventive and therapeutic management strategies in case of intraoperative remifentanil use may be reasonable.(Korean J Anesthesiol 2008; 55: 182∼ 9)
