Impact of Cavity Resonance Detuning on Watt-Level PCSELs

摘要: We report Watt-level high power photonic crystal surface emitting lasers with regrowth and flip-chip bonding processes. The impacts of the cavity resonance detuning scheme on the lasing performance will be discussed for increased optical power and reduced threshold current.
