A neural network simulation method using the fast Fourier transform

摘要: The purpose here is threefold: first, to present an efficient simulation method for a class of neural networks that encouragesex-perimentation with networks having very dense interconnections; second, to formulate as clearly as possible the exact network constraints under which the method is applicable; and third, to extract general principles from the method and indicate how similar computational schemes can be applied to a variety of system types. The essential feature of these schemes is the systematic use of several data representations that are comple-mentary in sense that is made precise.
