摘要: Background: Minimal residual disease (MRD) in ALL is based on detection of presence of aberrant antigens on blast cells,. The clinicopathological outcomes with aberrant markers by flowcytometry can prove to be sensitive and specific criteria for disease stratification.Methods: Bone marrow samples of 128 patients of B-ALL were retrospectively analysed for the expression of novel B-cell markers by 5-color flow cytometry.
