The distribution of a 3^ A polymorphism of SDF-1 gene in a Chinese random population

摘要: We applied the PCR-RFLP method on a Chinese random population of 1 000 to detect their genotypes on the SDF1-3^ A site. We obtained the distribution frequencies of SDF1-3^ A in the Chinese population and observed an obvious diversity of the frequencies from the south to the north.
