摘要: Key definitions and concepts remain contested and there is a lack of consensus about the circumstances in which natural experimental evaluations can provide trustworthy and useful evidence for decision-making.To make the most of natural experimental evaluations of interventions in population health, health services and health systems, issues of infrastructure, governance and the planning of such studies need to be tackled.
