摘要: In this research, piezoelectric device’s noise to MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) was tested by signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of phantom images to validate the MR-compatibility of piezoelectric device. Piezoelectric devices of various strokes (4µm 8µm 16µm) were driven with various wave forms (Sine, Rectangle, Delta), various applied voltages (10, 50, 100, 150 Vpp), various frequencies (1Hz, 10Hz, 100Hz, 1kHz, 4kHz). All through conditions, the SNR of phantom image during the actuator was active were acceptably equal to that during actuator was uninstalled. This research suggested that piezoelectric devices, which had been widely used for micro-manipulator, were applicable to a miniature MR-compatible manipulator, which assists surgery inside intra-operative MRI.
