摘要: Buller and co-workers report the development of evolved aliphatic halogenases for the regiocomplementary C–H chlorination of pharmaceutically relevant martinelline-derived fragments. Structure-guided directed evolution led to the identification of two regiocomplementary halogenases that provided the corresponding chlorinated products with excellent regio-and stereoselectivity and with higher total turnover numbers (TTN) compared to the wild-type (WT).
