摘要: The decision-making techniques used in real property development are greatly influenced by the dynamic and complex socio-economic environment in which properly development operates. The reliability of development appraisals in these circumstances will depend on the ability of the appraiser to accurately estimate the variable inputs use in the appraisal. In the light of the above, this study is structured to evaluate the commercial property development appraisal practice in Lagos metropolis. Data were collected using both stratified and random sampling techniques Lagos metropolis, the area of study was first c1assifi ed into strata. Each stratum consist economic nuclei where surveying activities aggregate.
