摘要: Conclusion: Isolated human pancreatic explants release only very small amounts of IL-8. Explants co-cultured with monocytes cause 4-fold increase in the release of IL-8 from monocytes. Peripheral blood monocytes may be the source of IL-8 in severe pancreatitis.
