摘要: DUE TO THE ABUNDANCE OF COMPUTING RESOURCES IN VEHICLES, THE IDEA OF AGGREGATING AND UTILIZING THESE RESOURCES TO CREATE A CLOUD COMPUTING ENVIRONMENT IS JUSTIFIABLE. CARS ON THE ROAD OR PARKED CARS CAN BE USED TO MANAGE COMPUTING AND STORAGE TASKS LIKE CONVENTIONAL CLOUDS.
