摘要: LB-188 Genome-wide association (GWA) studies provide us with the crucial input towards establishing the predictive gene sets associated with better-optimized therapeutic approach for cancer patients. Doxorubicin is one of the essential anticancer agents used in the treatment of different types of cancer, however, the response rate to the therapy is only 20-40%. 
 Aim: The aim of the study is to discover candidate genes responsible for the resistance to the doxorubicin treatment in cancer patients.
 Methods: 124,000 SNPs from Affymetrix chip data has been used for the genome-wide analysis of the NCI60 cancer cell panel response to the doxorubicin treatment.
