Geologic mapping of volcanic and sedimentary terrains, northeast Hellas, Mars

摘要: We are using image, topographic, and spectral data to map the geology along the northeast rim of Hellas basin, Mars. The region displays mantled highlands, explosive and effusive volcanic materials, eroded sedimentary plains, and Dao and Niger Valles.
