摘要: BackgroundIntermittent preventive treatment in pregnancy (IPTp) with dihydroartemisinin–piperaquine is more effective than IPTp with sulfadoxine–pyrimethamine at reducing malaria infection during pregnancy in areas with high-grade resistance to sulfadoxine–pyrimethamine by Plasmodium falciparum in east Africa.
