摘要: In this work, the effect of image spatial resolution on detecting within-field heterogeneity in a Mediterranean agricultural landscape was investigated. It was observed that for a pixel size larger than 10 m, the ‘boundary effect’rendered no ‘pure’pixels for more than 50% of the fields. For an image series of 1 to 10 m pixel size, the maximum variance occurred at 10 m for vineyards and at 2 m for olive plantations.
