摘要: This paper describes a numerical approach for the simulation of large high-performance composite parts made by infusion processes. Based on a Stokes-Darcy coupling solved by a monolithic approach, this model represents the fluid flows through a non-porous medium and through fibrous preforms assimilated to a porous medium. An updated Lagrangian scheme is used to describe the high deformations undergone by the preforms during the process. The fluid-structure interaction is modelled with an experimental finite large-based behaviour representing the effective influence of preform strain on the medium permeability and therefore on the fluid flow. The resin influence on the preform deformation is modelled by the Terzaghy’s law. Based on the resin pressure, this fluidmechanical coupling introduces a preform swelling during the infusion stage. Finally, this approach is shown to be robust on a complex" T" shape geometry, representative of characteristic industrial difficulties.
