摘要: Exposure of human non-small cell lung cancer cells (NCl-H460} to gradually increasing concentrations oi donorubicin resulted in the appearance of a new cell line (NCI-I—I460KR) that was resistant to doxombicin (96.2-lold) and cross-resistant to etoposide. paclitaxel. uinhlastine and epimbicin. Slight cross—resistance to two MDR—unrelated drugs 8-Cl-CAMP and sullinosine was observed. Flow cytometry analysis showed that the accumulation of doxorubicin in the resistant cells was 88.496 lower than in the parental cells. Also. veraparnil significantly decreased the efflux rate in NCI—l—MGO and NCI—H-‘IGOIR cells. whereas curcumin inhibited the efflux in NCI-Hdfifi cells only.
