摘要: This work has developed advanced technical applications in clean production based on a biocomposite high-density polyethylene (HDPE) reinforced cellulosic Yucca treculeana L. fibers (YTFs) from agriculture waste leaves. Once the extraction was complete, the fibers were chemically treated with a low concentration (3% for 4 h) of sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO₃) to remove impurities from their surface and increase their adhesion capacity. Furthermore, this work aimed to understand how adding YTFs (10%, 20%, and 30%) influences the dynamic properties of the polymer-based clean production biocomposites. The impact of the additions on the damping behavior in terms of loss modulus (E"), storage modulus (E'), glass transition temperature (Tg), and loss factor (tanδ) of YTFs/HDPE biocomposites was evaluated at a frequency of 1 Hz using the dynamic mechanical analysis.
