摘要: Conclusions• Net-billing scheme for PV on SVG is a win-winwin situation: the producer, the utility and the consumer profit.• Net-billing tariffs range between 22.5 and 18.4 USDct/kWh under current PV costs and will decrease with decreasing PV costs.• Instead of spending money for imported fuel local enterprises and economy can prosper and create sustainable jobs on SVG.• Similar conditions on other Caribbean islands support implementing PV via net-billing systems.
