摘要: PurposeThe purpose of this study was to verify the feasibility and inter-rater reliability of the Japanese version of the Intensive Care Unit Mobility Scale (IMS).MethodsA prospective observational study was conducted at two intensive care units (ICUs) in Japan. The feasibility of the Japanese version of the IMS was assessed by 25 ICU staff (12 physical therapists and 13 nurses) using a 10-item questionnaire. Inter-rater reliability was assessed by two experienced physical therapists and two experienced nurses working with 100 ICU patients using the Japanese version of the IMS.ResultsIn the questionnaire survey assessing feasibility, a high agreement rate was shown in 8 out of the 10 questions. All respondents could complete the IMS evaluation, and most respondents were able to complete the scoring of the IMS in a short time.
