Marine benthic indicators.

摘要: This special issue contains 17 papers covering the use of different indicators in assessing marine ecosystem quality. It includes innovative as well as traditional and novel approaches and indices based on benthic macrofauna in the analysis of the status of marine ecology and for implementing the Water Framework Directive in coastal areas. The responses of these indices to diverse human pressures and climate change are also explored.
